I stopped the daily weigh-ins because the scale wasn't moving. Some of that may be because of the irregularity and getting backed up.
Progress on the bench press. I was able to do a single rep at 155 fairly easily and without a spotter, so there is some recovery on that lift. My best lift ever on that was 215.
The rows are getting better. I still poop out fairly easily, but I'm stronger overall with better endurance. Need to do more lat pulldowns and similar movements.
I tried back squatting a few days ago and it didn't go well. And even doing just a few reps with very little weight took my legs out of action for 3 days.
I seem to be doing 3 days on and then 3 days rest for the most part, and I think that's working. Have to remember I'm older now.
Blood Glucose is inching down. My use of Trulicity has been interrupted by insurance issues, but I should be back on that in the next few days. My range seems to be about 190 at night and then spiking up to 270-280 during the day. But it was a bit lower a week ago when the Trulicity was still in effect.
