7.21.2016: Starting Over + Day 1 of 100

No weight measurement

Day 1 of 100

I don't know what my weight is. I'm afraid to look but I'm guessing I must be over 280 right now, which is terrible, but not unexpected considering my poor eating habits, general level of lethargy and overall lack of interest in the world.

I did finally take an action though, which is to start working out again. Very painful to say the least.

Starting today as day 1, my goal for the next 100 days is to simply do something moderately strenuous every day, systematically increase my work capacity, and get back to eating clean. So, even if I eat poorly, I need to document it. Also, I have to journal every day. That's always been one of the keys for me. I'll consider weighing myself in about a month.

I had to stop squatting because I felt my left quadricep begin to spasm. At my age, I can't push this too fast.
