7.22.2016: Day 2 of 100

No weight measurement



Workout
3 hill climbs (walks) at roughly 7 minutes of activity.



I was going to do 5 climbs but halfway up the first climb I changed my mind. I definitely could have done 5, but I really, really don't want to hurt myself. So I'm just chipping away at this thing, a little bit each day.
