17:00 to Starbucks
Food:
Coffee with coffeemate
3 eggs
small portion of flank steak
avocado
Two hot links with cream cheese, mustard, and ketchup
Notes:
Ketosis level was down to 15 today. Maybe all the veggies yesterday?
I may have screwed up on the ketchup. I forgot that it's 4 gm of sugar per tablespoon. I should check the mustard as well since the one I use has a sweetness to it.
