7.23.2016: Day 3 of 100

No weight measurement


Workout:
Walked straight up Queen Anne ave. N. to the top of the hill and got my groceries and walked back down. The intense part of this was to Smith St., after which the slope gets easier. That portion was about 16 minutes of activity. All told, it was probably 50 minutes there and back, including time in the store.


Food:
2 chicken thighs
Salami
Cheese
1 apple
numerous diet sodas
1 small nectarine
