Workout:
None - I burned my hand pulling a skillet out of the oven and spent most of the afternoon and evening with an ice pack applied to it.
Food:
coffee with coffeemate
3 chicken thighs
3 eggs
flank steak
avocado
hot sauce
Notes:
Ketosis level: 5-15
Maybe tomorrow I should go to Discovery Park in the late afternoon? I'm sure a trip around the loop trail would be good for me and would help me get into ketosis.
