3.25.2015 - Injured

No workout today. I injured my lower back a couple of days ago and need to leave it alone. 



Food:
Bulletproof Coffee (400)
1 hard boiled egg (78)
1 oz. macadamia nuts
1.5 oz almonds
Banana
Small Apple
Salmon
Salad - greens, cucumber, avocado, cucumber, red onion, green onion, yogurt dressing
2 beef patties
