I scaled this a bit. I did 25 box jumps and 22 wall balls each round and it still wore me out. Final time was approximately 37 minutes.
Food:
Cheeseburger
Multiple cups of coffee
Sausage Sandwich
Donuts
Eating like crap today but at least I got my taxes done.
