7.23.10 - 3 x 1 mile runs

Conditioning:
3 X 1 mile runs
3 minutes rest between each set

7:41, 8:10, 8:30

Not bad times for 39 y.o., 6'1", 240 lbs. As usual, endurance is the big issue for me. A year from now, each of these splits should be under 7 minutes.

Grande Latte
Taco Salad
Burger w/Salmon Patty
