This is a pretty good combo for Sundays - upper body and lower body.
In order this is what I need to work on:
Overhead Press, Push Press, or Push Jerk
Power Snatches (heavy and light)
Shrugs and Scarecrows
Power Cleans or Hang Cleans
Back Squats
Cleans and squats are low on the list due to last Thursday and Friday's workouts. But, Back Squats will jump up in priority on Tuesday.
